～認定試験に向けての課題について～

認定試験受験に向けて勉強を進めているみなさまへ、認定試験受験に必要な各課題について、 Merrithew本部より下記の案内がありました。

①見学課題では、Merrithew本部のブログやインスタグラムの動画の閲覧、認定インストラクターのオンラインレッスンの見学が可能になりました。
②自主練習課題では、オンラインレッスン参加でエクササイズを行ったものが対象となるようになりました。
③指導実習では、ZoomやSkypeを使用して、オンライン相手への指導練習やMerrithew本部の動画のクライアントに対しての指導が可能になりました。

Observation hours Observe any STOTT PILATES® video available on our new digital video platform Merrithew Connect Observe any Exercise of the Month on our Blog or on our Instagram and Facebook pages Observe a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor or Merrithew Instructor Trainer teaching a live online class. Please ensure you receive permission from the presenting Instructor well in advance
→新しいデジタルビデオプラットフォームMerrithew Connectで利用可能なSTOTTPILATES®ビデオを見学できます。
ブログ、Instagram、Facebookのページで今月のエクササイズを見学してください。
STOTT PILATES認定インストラクターまたはMerrithewインストラクタートレーナーが、ライブのオンラインクラスを指導する様子を見学できます。 必ず事前に担当講師の許可を得てください。 -------------------------------------------------------- ～ 自主練習について ～ Physical review hours Stream videos online through Merrithew Connect and follow along with the Instructor Participate in an online Pilates session or join an online group Pilates class with a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor or Merrithew Instructor Trainer Attend a Merrithew Online Workshop (offered by select Training Centers worldwide or Merrithew’s Corporate Training Center) → Merrithew Connectを介して、オンラインでビデオをストリーミングし、インストラクターと一緒に動くことが出来ます。 オンラインのピラティスセッションに参加するか、STOTT PILATES認定インストラクターまたはMerrithewインストラクタートレーナーと一緒にオンライングループのピラティスクラスに参加してください。 Merrithewオンラインワークショップに参加する（世界中の一部のトレーニングセンターまたはMerrithew’s Corporate Training Centerが提供） -------------------------------------------------------- ～ 指導実習について～
Practice teaching hours Participate in an online session with friends and family by using a video conferencing program, such as Skype or Zoom, and cue and correct them through a workout Teach the people you are currently self-isolating with (if applicable) Visit Merrithew Connect and cue the videos. Select a video you wish to teach and place the video on mute and cue the “client” through the intended workout →SkypeやZoomなどのビデオ会議プログラムを使用して、友人や家族とのオンラインセッションを行い、、ワークアウトを介してそれらを指導出来ます。 現在、外出自粛をしている人に教えることができます。（該当する場合） Merrithew Connectにアクセスして、動画を指導を行ってください。 教えたい動画を選択し、その動画をミュートにして、目的のワークアウトを通じて「クライアント」の指導をできます。
